摘要 大众传播媒介自诞生以来 ,在社会预警、群体沟通、文化承传、知识普及、创造娱乐等诸方面的出色表现已经证明其无可辩驳的工具价值 ,然而 ,几乎同时产生的弊害也愈益明显地凸现。面对传媒强大的影响和大量鱼龙混杂的信息 ,尽快在社会特别是中小学开展媒介教育 ,教育人们学会主动选择媒介、选择信息 ,并对其内容进行反省、批判 ,是信息时代人人必备的自我保护能力 。 From the beginning, mass communication media exhibits its salience in societal warn, group communication, culture succeed, knowledge promulgation, creating entertainment which have proved that it has incontrovertible instrumental value. Nevertheless, such following negative effects were distinctly protruding. Facing the powerful media effect and mass mixed information, quickly developing media education in the society (specially in elementary school and high shcool), teaching people to initiatively choose media and information, and introspecting or criticizing the content, that become the needed self protecting ability in the information epoch and the great tide of the international quality education.
