在现代社会发展的过程中 ,政府干预始终存在 ,并对城市发展产生重要影响。在当前中国城市化发展中 ,地方政府应遵循客观规律 ,明确干预原则 ,制定发展规划 ,合理利用市场 ,克服产业结构趋同 ,实现资源的有效配置 。

Tere are great influences on the city's development because of the government's intervention on the process of development. The local government should make a development project, with objective law and explicit intervened provinces, make use of the market reasonably and avoid making the same atrictire of industry in order to realize the effective disposition and the sustainable development of city.
