摘要
目的评价贵州省城乡人群膳食质量及变化趋势。方法于 1992年和 1997年对 96 0户和 4 76户城乡居民按连续 3天称重法和 2 4小时回顾法进行膳食调查 ,同时进行家庭经济状况调查 ,用期望膳食模式 (Desirabledietarypattern ,DDP)进行评价 ,并与 2 0 0 0年中国期望膳食模式进行比较。结果城乡居民的膳食量逐步提高 ,但城乡差距较大 ,与 2 0 0 0年期望膳食模式目标相比 ,城市人群膳食质量较好 ,但结构不合理 ;农村人群膳食质量较差 ,动物性食品摄入偏低 ,食用油摄入不足 ,经济收入影响膳食质量。结论贵州城乡居民膳食质量逐步改善 ,但城乡差距大 ,结构不合理 。
Objective To evaluate the dietary quality and its changing trends among rural thd urban population in Guizhou. Methods 960 and 276 households in urban and rural areas were surveyed to evaluate the dietary quality by means of three days food weighing and 24 hours dietary recall in 1992 and 1997 respectively, and social economical factors was surveyed at the same time. Dates were analyzed based on Desirable Dietary Pattern (DDP) and compared with 2000 Chinese DDP. Results The dietary quality has improved gradually. There was big gap in dietary structure between urban and rural population. The dietary quality for urban residence was better than that of rural population. But the dietary was irrational. The dietary quality of rural people is poor, which is low animal food and inadequate edible oil intake. Diet was affected by household income. Conclusion Dietary quality among population has improved gradually, but big gap in quality and irrational in structure between urban and rural people are existed. Classified dietary guiding and intervention are needed.
