摘要
立体定向放射外科(γ刀和X刀)是计算机技术、医学影像和放射治疗技术相结合的产物,治疗顽固性癫痫早有报道,具有创伤小、疗效高、安全性好、应用广泛等特点,但治疗所针对的靶区、采用的照射剂量及疗效却各有较大差异。近年来,依据综合PET定位的致痫灶确定靶区、10~13Gy低抑制周边剂量治疗取得明显疗效,治疗机理主要是放射线对致痫神经传导阻滞、致痫神经元对放射高度敏感和癫痫神经元的直接破坏作用等。
