摘要
导管相关感染、分流装置阻塞以及分流装置的流体力学和顺应性与维持脑脊液循环动态平衡的生理要求之间的差异是脑积水颅外分流术的常见并发症和影响手术效果的主要原因。而就避免异物植入和重建符合生理要求的脑脊液循环而言，三脑室造瘘术在非交通性脑积水的手术治疗上有着脑积水颅外分流术所无法比拟的优势。得益于影像学技术的发展、内窥镜器械和技术的进步以及显微解剖研究的深入，三脑室造瘘术正再次受到重视并成为非交通性脑积水手术治疗的首选方法之一。
