海绵窦病变的外科手术入路 被引量：4

摘要 目前对海绵窦区病变的手术治疗仍是神经外科的难题之一。海绵窦区病变的手术入路有海绵窦外侧壁入路，海绵窦上壁入路以及海绵窦下壁、后壁及内侧壁入路等五大类。其中外侧壁入路可显露整个海绵窦区域，此方法大量运用于临床。其它入路路径长，显露范围小，临床运用少。
