摘要
血管加压素(AVP)又称抗利尿激素(ADH),是神经垂体中一种重要的多肽激素,对于保持细胞外液的容积和渗透压有重要的作用。近年来逐步发现了与AVP相关的神经元在中枢和外周的传导通路;同时在明确了AVP的分子生物特征后,又发现了AVP不同的受体和其激素受体发生作用的信号传导通路。目前,AVP的抗利尿机制已基本明确,但是其抗利尿外的作用正被关注:如在中枢增强记忆、参与痛觉和心血管功能的调节等功能;在外周参与其他激素和肽类物资的调控等。
