激光扫描共聚焦显微镜在脑血管形态研究中的应用

摘要 激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)是目前最先进的分子生物学分析仪器之一,本文就LSCM在脑血管疾病的病理形态学、内皮细胞生理功能、脑部微循环、脑部炎症时血管变化的研究中的作用进行介绍。
