针刺对原发性高血压病的疗效及其对血浆内皮素的影响

Effects of Acupuncture on Plasma Endothelin Content in the Patient of Primary Hypertension

方法：将６０例符合ＷＨＯ原发性高血压病诊断标 准的患者随机分为２组，每组各３０例。治疗组采用单纯针刺疗法，取穴为双侧行间、风池 ，每日治疗１次；对照组口服复方降压片１片，每日３次。分别于首次治疗前及１５天以后取血 ，测定血浆内皮素。结果：治疗组治疗１５天后血浆内皮素水平明显下降 ，与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较，差异有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

Methods Sixty cases of primary hypertension who conformed to The Criteria of Diagnosis for Primary Hypertension established by WHO were divided randomly into treatment and control groups, 30 cases each g roup. The treatment group were treated with simple acupuncture method, with bil ateral Xingjian(LR 2)and Fengchi(GB 20)selected, once each day. The control grou p were treated with oral administration of FuFang JiangYa Tablets,one tablet ea ch time, 3 times daily. One therapeutic course is constituted by 15 days. Plasma endothelin contents before treatment and after treatment of 15 days were determi ned. Results Plasma endothelin content after treatment of 15 days decreased with significant differences as compared with those before tr eatment and the control group respectively(P<0.01).
