针刺阴茎根部4穴为主治疗慢性前列腺炎100例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 100 Cases of Chronic Prostatitis Treated with Acupuncture of 4 Points at the Root of Penis

方法：将２００例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为治 疗组、对照组各１００例，观察两组临床症状针刺前后疗效以及两组穴位针刺疗效的对比。 结果：治疗组（Ⅰ组）临床自觉症状及前列腺液检查均较对照组（Ⅱ组）有明 显改善；且治疗组针刺疗效有效率为１００％，较对照组的９１％差异有显著性意义（Ｐ ＜０．０１）。结论：针刺阴茎根部４穴配合相关穴位的方法对慢性前列腺炎 具有明显的治疗效果。

Methods Two hundred cases of chronic prosta titis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 100 cases ea ch group, and clinical symptoms and therapeutic effects were compared. Results Subjective symptoms and examination of prostatic fluid had obvious improvement in the treatment group as compared with the control group, and the effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 91% in the control gr oup with a significant difference(P<0.01) between the two groups. Conclusion This therapy is of obvious therapeutic effect on chroni c prostatitis.
