临床4例经络现象的报告

Report on 4 Cases of Clinical Meridian Phenomenon

观察到４例肉眼可见的经络现象，３例为肾经，１ 例为胃经，且与相关疾病有关。颜色变化以深浅为主。随着病情的改善，颜色由暗黑转为黄 褐，深色变为浅淡至消失。经络现象是临床疾病的一种病态（理）现象的表现，可以据此诊疗 疾病。其颜色与病变脏器的关系难以定论，需进一步的观察与研究。而以深浅明暗来分辨病 情的轻重缓急较为适宜。经络现象形态表现不尽一致，其特异性征象各代表何种病理意义还 有待进一步的观察与研究。

Four cases of visible meridian phenomenon wi th naked eyes, including 3 cases in the kidney meridian and 1 case in the stomac h meridian were found and they were related with diseases. Colour was mainly dar k and light changes, from dark-black to yellowish-brown or from dark to light, even disappeared with improvement of patients condition. Meridian phenomenon is a pathological phenomenon of clinical diseases, by which a disease can be dia gnosed and treated. It is suitable that dark and light of colour is used to diff erentiate mild, severe, chronic or acute in patients condition. However, the r elation between the colour and injured organs, and pathological significance of meridian phenomenon need to be further investigated.
