针刺对糖尿病视网膜病变影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Effect of Acupuncture on Diabetic Retinopathy

目的：通过观察针刺对实验性糖尿 病大鼠视网膜病变的影响，进一步证明针刺对糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗及预防作用。 方法：选择大鼠建立糖尿病动物模型，分别以针刺及胰岛素治疗，并设正常 对照组及模型对照组，于３个月及６个月取大鼠血清及视网膜，检测血糖、胰岛素含量，电镜 观察视网膜变化。结果：血糖、胰岛素含量，针刺组、胰岛素组及正常 组在统计学上差异无显著性意义，与模型对照组相比，差异有显著性意义；电镜观察针刺组 视网膜微血管病变得以改善。结论：针刺可以有效地预防和治疗糖尿病 视网膜病变。

Purpose To observe the effect of acupunctur e on retinopathy in experimental diabetic rats to further demonstrate the therap eutic and preventive action of acupuncture on diabetic retinopathy. M ethods Experimental diabetic rats were treated with acupuncture and insulin respectively, and normal and model control groups were set up. After 3 a nd 6 months, contents of serum glucose and insulin were determined, and retinal capillary was observed under electron microscope. Results There was no statistically significant difference among the acupuncture group, the insulin group and the normal group in the contents of serum glucose and ins ulin, but there was a significant difference as compared with the model group, a nd lesion of the retinal capillary was improved obviously in the acupuncture gro up. Conclusion Acupuncture can prevent and treat effectiv ely diabetic retinopathy.
