摘要
目的探讨铜管型输精管内节育栓的节育效果及使用寿命。方法将自制非阻断性镀银铜输精管节育栓置入家兔输精管内 ,观察 5 2周内Cu2 + 、Zn2 + 、精子活动率的变化规律。结果Cu2 +释放的高峰时间、持续时间均高于国内外报道的其它类型的铜输精管节育栓 ,且精子活动率的下降极其明显 ;Zn2 + 无明显变化。
Objective To study the effects of intravasal device copper tube on fertility of rabbits and its service life. Methods The copper intravas device (IVD) of designed by ourselves, which is non-obstructive and silver-plating on the surface was inserted into the deferens of rabbits.The release regularity of copper; zincion and the effect on the sperm motility were studied. Results The duration and the peak-time that the non-obstructive copper IVD released copper ion was significently longer than other copper IVD reported in documents. The inhibition of the non-obstructive copper IVD on the spermozoa motility of rabbit was quite significant. Conclusion The non-obstructive copper IVD has a significant effect on birth control in rabbit.
