摘要
研究了重烷基苯磺酸盐(HABS)在不同碱含量(质量分数)下对大庆四厂原油/水界面张力的影响。考察了HABS与烷醇酰胺复配后的抗Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)能力、与石油羧酸盐的协同效应以及HABS作为主剂的ASP(碱、表面活性剂和聚合物)体系的稳定性和驱油效率。结果表明,在一定碱含量下,HABS可使大庆四厂原油/水界面张力降至10^(-3) mN/m数量级;与烷醇酰胺复配后,Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)的加入量小于140×10^(-6)时,界面张力仍能保持超低;与石油羧酸盐复配,协同效应显著,界面张力最低可达10^(-4)~10^(-5)mN/m数量级;以HABS为主剂的ASP体系稳定性好,驱油效率比水驱提高25.67%。HABS是一种较理想的三次采油用表面活性剂。
The effects of HABS (heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate) on the interfacial tension of petroleum/water in No. 4 Plant of Daqing under different alkali content ( wt % ) were studied. The resistance to Ca2 + and Mg2 + of HABS combined with alkanolamide, the synergism of HABS with petroleum carboxylate, and the stability and oil - recovery efficiency of ASP(alkali, surfactant, polymer) system based on HABS were investigated. The results showed that HABS could reduce the interfacial tension to ultra - low (10-3 mN/m order) under certain alkali content, HABS combined with alkanolamide could keep the interfacial tension to be ultra - low after injecting Ca2 + and Mg2 + ( < 140 × 10-6) , the synergism of HABS with petroleum carboxylate was so good that the interfacial tension could reach 10-4 - 10-5 mN/m order, ASP system had good stability and could increase oil - recovery efficiency by 25 .67% by comparison with water flooding. HABS was a kind of ideal surfactant for EOR.
