交流非平衡等离子体裂解甲烷制C_2烃 被引量:2

CONVERSION OF METHANE TO C_2 HYDROCARBONS IN AC NONEQUILIBRIUM PLASMA

摘要 用介质势垒放电研究了甲烷在无氧条件下的直接转化。天然气 (甲烷含量 94% )在常温常压下通过介质势垒放电反应器形成非平衡态等离子体。反应器两电极间施加的交流电压为 15~ 30kV ,甲烷分子在此环境中裂解为CH3 、CH2 、CH和H ,并偶联生成C2 烃和氢气。实验表明 ,甲烷转化率和C2 烃收率随放电电压和停留时间增加而增加 ,虽然C2 烃总的选择性变化不大 ,但乙炔。 Oxygen-free conversion of methane was investigated by dielectric barrier discharge (DBD).Under the condition of room temperature and atmosphere,a 15~30kV high voltage was applied across the reactor's electrodes,a non-equilibrium plasma was generated,and methane molecules were active and coupled to form C 2 hydrocarbons.The results show that the conversion of methane and the yield of C 2 hydrocarbons increase with increasing voltage and residence time.As voltage increases,although the total selectivity of C 2 hydrocarbons has little change,the selectivity of C 2H 2 and C 2H 4 increases.
