摘要
使用了一种镍催化剂低温、低压加氢技术 ,同时使用了具有较好吸附性的助剂 ,来提高加氢效率。使氢化工艺能达到低温、低压、短氢化时间。使氢化过程更加完善 ,探讨了反应的最佳条件 ,氢化反应时间 :10 0~110min ,反应温度 :10 0℃ ,催化剂用量 :0 .5 5kg ,反应压力 :0 .5 5Mpa。在这一反应条件下猪油氢化可得到熔点为 5 6~ 5 8min ,碘值≤ 2的硬脂酸用氢化油 ,加入助剂能平均缩短反应时间约 15min ,可以平均降低压力 0 .0 5Mpa 。
In order to raise hydrogenant efficiency, in this experiment, the hydrogen addition treatment was carried out with a nickel-based catalyst at a lower temperature and under a lower pressure, and the better absorptive auxiliary was used. The characteristics of this technology are obtained in the the lower temperature, lower pressure, less time and more perfect. Results showed that the optimum technology condition was as followes: the reaction time of 100~110?min,reaction temperature of 100?℃, catalyst dosage of 0.55?kg,reaction pressure of 0.55?Mpa. In this reactive condition, the lard can be hydrogenated and hydrogenated oil can be obtained. The treated oil may be applied to produce stearic acid which melting point is 56~58?℃ and iodine value≤2. About 15?min of the reaction time can be saved, and 0.05?Mpa of the average pressure can be reduced, if the auxiliary is added, which demonstrated taht this kind of auxiliary has better improved effects.
