摘要
以均聚聚丙烯F4 0 1为原料 ,研究了成核剂及分子质量调节剂的种类、用量及加工方式对透明聚丙烯性能的影响。结果表明 :在选用透明剂A作成核剂 ,质量分数为 0 .3% ,挤出温度在 1 70~ 2 4 0℃范围内时得到了雾度为 1 5 %以下 ,各项性能优异的透明聚丙烯。同时指出在成核剂量一定的情况下 ,透明化母料的量越大 。
Taking homo-polypropylene as material, effects of variety of nucleation agents and relative molecular mass regulator, dosage and process methods on the characteristics of transparent polypropylene were studied. Results showed that taking 0.3% transparent agent A as nucleation agent, under the extruding temperature of 170~240 ℃, polypropylene with excellent property and 15% haze was obtained. With a certain amount of nucleation agent, the more the amount of transparent matrix, the higher the transparency of polypropylene could be obtained.
