800kt/a硫磺制酸装置大型鼓风机、SO_2鼓风机采用三合一机组方案及国产化可行性分析

摘要 针对大型硫酸装置装备国产化问题 ,提出了在 80 0kt/a硫磺制酸装置 (单线生产 )中的鼓风机宜采用三合一机组。分析认为大型离心式鼓风机须采用双吸气结构 ,为满足发电要求应选用 4极同步或异步电动机及汽轮发电机 ,列出该三合一机组的主要技术参数和布置形式 ,并就鼓风机布置在塔前或塔后两种工况下的叶轮材料选用 ,三合一机组的设计、制造技术 ,以及双向传动齿轮变速机使用可靠性等关键技术作了论证 ,认为均可完全实现国产化 。 In view of the domestic equipment fabrication for the large sulfuric acid plant,it puts forward proposition that the triple machine set can be used for the blower in the 800 kt/a sulfuric acid plant based on sulfur (single train).Trough the analysis it thinks that the double suction structured large centrifugal blower must be used. In order to meet the power generation requirement it shall select four pole synchronous motor and turbine generator.It gives the main technical parameters and layout method and describes the impeller material selection for two kinds of layout,i.e.the blower before and behind the tower,the design and fabrication technology of the triple machine set as well as the critical technology such as the reliability of the double driven gearbox.It thinks that the domestic fabrication can be realized and the technical level can be up to the advanced international standards.
