湿法磷酸装置排放的三废对环境危害较大 ,尤其是废水治理长期以来尚未得到全面控制。阐述了某新建的湿法磷酸装置从工艺流程上通盘考虑 ,采用多次串级利用 ,实现污水全封闭、零排放的流程 ,达到了由清到浊、由冷到热 ,多次利用、自身消化 ,实现平衡、避免污染的目的 ,并介绍了废气和废渣治理的新措施。指出应坚持精心操作和维护 。

The effluent emission from the wet process phosphoric acid plant is very harmful to the environment,especially the waste water has not been completely controlled for a long time.It states that from a comprehensive consideration for the process the cascade utilization has been adopted for realizing closed cycle and non emission of the waste water process in a newly built wet process phosphoric acid plant in order to make the water from clean to turbid and from cold to hot,and the multi utilization and self digestion of the water can realize the purpose of water balance and avoiding the pollution.It introduces the new measure for waste gas and sludge treatment and points out the elaborate operation and maintenance shall be insisted for maintaining the obtained effluent treatment result.
