摘要
以间苯二酚、苯酚、甲醛为原料 ,用共缩聚的方法合成了间苯二酚酚醛树脂胶粘剂 ;考查了间苯二酚与苯酚物质的量比、酚与醛物质的量比、预反应时间等因素对胶粘剂凝胶时间与剪切强度的影响 ;发现在预反应时间1h、苯酚与间苯二酚物质的量比为 4∶1、酚与醛物质的量比为 1∶1时 ,合成的共缩聚间苯二酚酚醛胶粘剂剪切强度为 6 .6 8MPa ,固含量为 5 8.5 % ;与聚醋酸乙烯酯乳胶相比 ,其剪切强度高 ,室温固化速度快 ,适合作木材粘接用胶。
In this paper, a bakelite resin adhesive was synthesized with raw materials of resorcinol, phenol, formaldehyde by the method of condensation polymerization. The effects of mole ratio between resorcinol and phenol, also between phenol and aldehyde , original reaction time on gel time and shear strength were studied. It was found that the adhesive shear strength was 6.68MPa and dry content was 58.5%, when the original reaction time was 1 hour, mol ratio between phenol and resorcinol was 4∶1,mol ratio between phenol and aldehyde was 1∶1.Compared with polyvinyl acetate emulsion binder,the product has such some virtues of high strength and room temperature fast curing .It is suitable to be a timber adhesive.
