Zincate Zinc Plating with Off-line Activation

阐述了有别于常规镀锌的线外活化法 ,介绍了活化槽的结构与布置 ,氢氧化钠的消耗与比较 ,锌的溶解与影响因素以及镀液的锌含量控制等。本工艺已成功地应用于汽车零件生产线 ,工艺稳定 ,控制方便 。

An off line activating process which is different from conventional zinc plating processes, was described. The construction and layout of the activating tank, consumption of sodium hydroxide and its comparison, dissolution of zinc and the factors concerned, and control of zinc concentration, etc. were presented. The process has been used in production of automobile parts. The process is stable, the control is convenient, and the operation is simple.
