摘要
分析了阳极氧化槽中因循环方式和添加新硫酸不合理造成槽内两端温度差异。这种差异对氧化膜质量产生很大的影响 ,对原来阳极氧化槽循环方式和添加新硫酸方式改进后 ,槽内温度基本一致 ,型材质量得到改善 。
The temperature difference between the two ends of the anodizing bath caused by improper way of bath circulation and H 2SO 4 addition was analysed. The temperature difference has a marked effect on the quality of oxide film. By the improvement of ways of bath circulation and H 2SO 4 addition, the bath temperature is kept nearly same everywhere. The anodizing quality of aluminium shape meterials is improved and the productive efficiency is raised.
