摘要
用SEM、TEM和XRD为主要分析手段比较研究了二茂铁在 4 2 0℃和 4 90℃加压炭化产物的组成与结构 ,结果表明 :二茂铁在 4 2 0℃的炭化产物组成为α Fe ,Fe3C和Fe O ,而 4 90℃的炭化产物主要由Fe2 .5C构成 ,说明温度的提高促使二茂铁向生成碳化物的方向发展。TEM测试表明产物Fe C粒子呈现纳米级分散 ,说明通过控制二茂铁的热解温度可以由此制备具有不同组成的纳米Fe
Nano-size iron particle/carbon materials have been synthesized through heating ferrocene and carbon precursors under pressure. The morphology and structural features of products carbonized at different temperatures, i.e., 420 degreesC and 490 degreesC, for 6 h were compared using SEM, TEM and XRD measurements. It was found that the product carbonized at 420 degreesC was mainly composed of alpha-Fe, Fe3C and Fe-O, otherwise Fe2.5C was the significant product when ferrocene was heat treated at 490 degreesC for 6h, suggesting the tendency of Fe-C formation when the carbonization temperature increased from 420 degreesC to 490 degreesC. These nano-size a-Fe and Fe-C compounds, ranging in size from 50 nm to 100 nm, were uniformly dispersed when observed in the TEM.
