摘要
以天然石墨为原料 ,通过热压工艺 ,制备了含Zr多组元掺杂石墨材料。研究了掺杂元素对材料性能的影响。实验结果表明 :随着Zr含量增加 ,基体石墨的强度、导电和导热性成线性增加 ;但是过量的ZrO2 会消耗基体炭原子 ,生成金属Zr蒸汽逸出基体 ,形成孔隙和缺陷 ,导致材料的性能下降 ,因此应控制ZrO2 的加入量。另外 ,采用SEM、XRD等分析手段研究了材料微观结构 。
A ball milling dispersion method has been developed for the preparation of multi element doped graphite with starting mixture powders below 100?nm. Such doped graphite has high thermal conductivity and excellent mechanical properties (116?MPa). The out gassing behavior of doped graphite BM (with ball milling) and CM (without ball milling) showed that there was no difference before electron beam irradiation. However, the emission of H 2, H 2O, CO, especially CO 2 of BM was much less than that of CM. A fine grained microstructure of BM was observed by SEM. The particle size, distribution and phase composition were investigated with EDX, TEM and XRD. Correlations between microstructure and properties of such doped graphite are discussed.
