摘要
分析了焊接热循环对焊接接头热影响区组织和维氏硬度分布的影响。结果表明 ,热影响区维氏硬度峰值出现在距熔合线约 0 .5mm以内的过热区内 ,热影响区维氏硬度分布梯度很大 ,使试验压痕位置成为产生试验误差的主要原因。因此 ,建议在制订标准时 ,应明确规定焊接接头热影响区维氏硬度试验的压痕位置 ,第一点压痕位置应在距熔合线约 0 .5mm以内的过热区内 ,每一压痕线上每一区域至少 3个压痕 ,间距为 0 .5~
The effect of heat circulation during welding to the microstructure evolution and vickers hardness change of HAZ was analyzed. It was indicated that the overheated region (grain coarsened region GCHAZ) approximately 0.5mm wide parallel to and contiguous with the fusion line within HAZ was the region with highest vickers hardness. Indentation location was the main reason of test error because of great hardness gradient in HAZ. It was suggested that test location should be defined for vickers hardness test of HAZ, that is, hardness test should be made in every region of weld (filled area, HAZ, basemetal), with a interspace of 0.5~1mm. For each region three test should be made.
