摘要
应用巴克豪森磁噪声技术对连杆螺栓进行了跟踪测量 ,并与同期测量的实际调质硬度进行了比较。结果显示 ,巴克豪森磁噪声测量值与实际硬度值之间有良好的对应关系 ,特别是在同一热处理条件下 ,巴克豪森磁噪声数据分布能很好反映硬度的分布状况。巴克豪森磁噪声技术作为硬度检测的评定是切实可行的。
Hardness of conrod bolt was measured by magnetic Barkhause noise (MBN) method and was compared to the Rockwell C hardness results. It was found that under same heat treatment condition, MBN hardness had close relationship to HRC hardness, and could be used as a non destructive approach of hardness evaluation.
