γ射线对氟橡胶F2311的结构和性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 氟橡胶F2 311在真空、氮气、空气 3种气氛经 5 0— 10 0 0kGy的γ射线辐照后其平均分子量、抗拉强度、断裂伸长率都随剂量的增大而降低 ,凝胶含量随剂量的增大先降低而后升高 ,75 0kGy时达到最低点 ,其玻璃化温度、贮存模量与凝胶含量变化相同。样品的IR分析表明产生了 -CF =CH -、-CF =CF -、-C =O等基团。用SEM观测了辐照后样品的微观形貌。研究表明 ,空气气氛将促进F2 311的辐射降解 ,氮气气氛有一定的抑制作用。 After irradiation of F2311 by γ ray (50-1000kGy) in vacuum, nitrogen and air, its average molecular weight, tensile strength and breaking elongation decreased as irradiation dose increased. But the gel fraction at first decreased and then increased with the increment of dose, on the dose of 750kGy the minimum value has been obtained. The changes of glass transition temperature and modulus are similar to that of the gel fraction. The IR analysis of sample indicated the formation of -CF=CH-,-FC=CF- and -C=O groups. Microstructures for irradiated samples were studied by SEM. Results showed that air promoted the irradiation degradation of F2311 and nitrogen inhibited that of it in a certain extent.
