摘要 中小学教师参与民主测评校长 ,对促进提高校长的管理水平、促进学校的建设和发展有着重要的意义。从实证研究影响教师参与测评校长的心态和行为因素 ,以保证测评的效度 。 Participation by secondary and primary school teachers in the democratic appraisal of the principal of their respective schools has great significance for promoting the elevation of their principal's administrative ability and the construction and development of their schools. With real examples, the article deals with the psychological state and behavioural factors that affect teachers' participation in appraising their respective principals, so as to guarantee the effectiveness of the appraisal and to provide reference for educational administrative departments in organizing and carrying out the work of democratic appraising.
