摘要
实施素质教育应确立科学的评价机制。当前 ,中小学教师评价必须摆脱传统应试教育观念的影响和制约 ,实现评价目的“发展性”的转变 ,增强评价指标的完备性和可测性以及评价方法的客观性。
It is necessary to establish scientific mechanism of appraisal in carrying out quality education. Presently, the appraisal by secondary and primary school teachers should shake off the influence and restraints of the traditional concepts of examination-oriented education, carry out the 'developmental' transformation of the purpose of appraisal, and enhance the completeness and measurability of appraisal indexes as well as the objectiveness of appraising methods.
