正常妇女月经周期中的血清瘦素水平

Serum leptin levels during normal menstrual cycles in women

目的观察正常妇女月经周期中血清瘦素水平的变化,探讨瘦素与女性生殖功能的关系。方法分别收集35例月经周期正常妇女自然周期第2天、第8天、基础体温升高后第1天、第6天的血清,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)方法检测瘦素浓度。结果排卵后第6天血清瘦素水平最高,平均为(19.8±1.62)ng/ml;排卵后第1天次之,平均为(18.4±1.72)ng/ml;月经第2天、第8天最低,分别为(17.1±1.24)、(17.6±1.32)ng/ml。结论瘦素水平在月经周期中有一定的变化规律,在黄体中期最高,卵泡期最低,提示瘦素可能对女性生殖功能具有重要作用。

Objective To observethechangesinserumleptinlevelsduringnormalmenstrualcyclesinwomenforthepurpose of investigatingtheassociationof leptinwithfemalefertility.Methods Serumsampleswerecollectedfrom35healthywomen on day2and8of themenstrualcycleanddays1and6afterovulation,respectively.Serumleptinlevelsinthesesampleswere measuredby enzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA)andtheresultsstatisticallyanalyzed.Results Significantincrease in theleptinlevelswas observedafterovulation,reachingthepeaklevel(19.8±1.61)ng/mlon day6afterovulation.During follicularphase,serumleptinleveldroppedto itslowestpointof17.1±1.24and17.6±1.32ng/mlrespectivelyon day2and8whena new menstrualcyclestarted.Conclusion Serumleptinlevelsundergosignificantchangeswithprogressof the menstrualcycles,suggestinga closerelationshipbetweenleptinandfemalereproductivefunction.
