摘要
山东省宁阳县以县级医院为龙头 ,以乡镇卫生院为依托 ,以村卫生所为网底组建医疗集团 ,形成了县、乡、村卫生事业管理的一体化格局。筹建、运作、完善三个阶段环环相扣 ,循序渐进 ,确保其卫生改革的成功。
The medical group was composed of county hospital, township hospitals and village health stations in Ningyang county, Shandong province. Thus, the health management among county grade, town grade and village grade was integrated. The construction, management and perfection of the medical group worked closely to ensure health reform.
