摘要
目的 :连续对驾驶员长途驾驶后 ,腰背肌等长收缩时中值频谱斜率的变化进行动态观察 ,并以此对腰背肌的疲劳进行评价。方法 :连续 5d使用Sorensen法对 8名男性高原货物卡车驾驶员 (平均年龄 2 9 6岁 )进行长途驾驶后腰背肌等长收缩的耐力测试 ,并通过体表电极对腰背肌中值频谱 (MF)的变化进行记录。把 8位驾驶员每天测量的MF之斜率合并 ,动态观察总体MF斜率随时间变化的关系。结果 :本组 8位受试者总体MF斜率与时间呈显著的负相关 (R =- 0 83,P <0 0 5 )。该结果表明驾驶员在高原地区连续长途驾驶 ,其腰背肌耐力疲劳逐步累积。结论 :本研究尝试性地通过中值频谱斜率动态变化的规律对肌肉的疲劳进行评价 ,为今后开展相关研究提供了有益的经验。
Objective:To investigate the electromyographic median frequency slope dynamic changes during isometric contraction and evaluated the paraspinal muscles fatigue degree of truck drivers in plateau Methods: 8 male plateau truck drivers (the mean age is 29 6 years old) were tested paraspinal muscles fatigue by Sorensen method and electromyographic median frequency were recorded by surface active electrodes every night after long distance driver for 5dayes in plateau Every day result of 8 drivers′ median frequency slope was combined Regression analysis was used to examine the total slope of 8 drivers′ median frequency with time Results: The total slope of 8 drivers′ median frequency is significantly correlated with time( R =-0 83, P <0 05) That means the paraspinal muscles fatigue of drivers in plateau is gradually accumulate for long distance driver day by day Conclusion: Evaluating the fatigue of muscle by median frequency′s slope dynamic changes during isometric contraction is useful method
