薄层扫描法测定蒙药三臣丸中胆酸的含量

Determination of Cholic Acid in Mongolian Medicine Sanchen Pills by TLCS

目的 :为提高蒙药三臣丸的质量控制 ,建立含量测定方法。方法 :采用薄层扫描法测定其胆酸的含量。结果 :平均回收率为 98.5 3% ,RSD为 2 .2 6 % (n=5 )。结论 :本试验方法简便 ,结果准确 。

Objective:The method of content determination was established so as to improve the quality control of Sanchen Pills?Methods:The content of cholic acid was determined in Sanchen Pills by TLCS? Results:The average recovery was 98.53%and RSD was 2.26%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple and results were accurate,thus may be used the quantitative quality control of the pill.
