目的 比较强迫症与伴强迫症的精神分裂症的多项指标 ,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。方法 对 61例强迫症和 2 8例伴强迫症状的精神分裂症的起病年龄、病程、住院时间、家族史、自杀倾向 ,EGG等指标进行比较分析。结果 两组在平均起病年龄和平均病程等无显著差异 ,在平均住院时间上有显著差异。结论 1 OCD痛苦程度高于 Sch+OCD。 2 Sch组可能有器质性基础及家族史。 3 Sch+OCD与

Objective To compare some items between OCD and schizophrenia with OCD and to find the results which will be helpful for diagnosis and treatment.Method 61 inpatients with OCD and 28 schizophrenia with OCD were chosen from inpatient department of Nanjing Brain Hospital.The onset age,episode,EGG,and so on were compared between the two groups.Results The groups showed significant difference in the time in hospital,and no significant difference in the onset age as well as average courses.Conclusion Patients with OCD felt more pains than schizophrenia with OCD,organic basis and family history may be the factors which cause schizophrenia with OCD,there are different syndrome types between patients with OCD and schizophrenia with OCD.
