摘要
目的·· :了解海洛因依赖者脱毒前后呼吸功能的变化。方法·· :选择海洛因依赖者28例 ,采用肺功能测定仪测定其脱毒前和脱毒后的呼吸功能。另随机选择20例正常吸烟者测定其呼吸功能。测定指标包括FEV1、PEF、FVC、F50、F25 和MVV。结果·· :海洛因依赖者脱毒前的FEV1、PEF、FVC、F50、F25 和MVV均显著低于脱毒后和正常单纯吸烟者(P<0.05) ,脱毒治疗后3个月 ,患者的呼吸功能各参数有改善趋势 ,但仍未恢复到正常单纯吸烟者的水平。结·论· :海洛因依赖者呼吸功能下降 ,脱毒治疗可改善呼吸功能。
Objective: To determine the changes in respiratory function of heroin abusers. Methods:The respiratory function of 28 heroin abusers was monitored by measuring FEV1, PEF, FVC, F50, F25 and MVV before and after detoxification. The results were compared with those of the control group(smoke cigarette only) . Results: FEV1, PEF, FVC, F50, F25 and MVV of heroin abusers were significantly lower than those of the control (P<0.05)before detoxification. Their respiratory function was improved after being treated for 3 months, however, there still existed difference (P>0.05) compared with the control . Conclusion: Respiratory function of heroin abusers can be recovered after detoxification.
