摘要
报告２７例非侵扰性霉菌性鼻窦炎病人应用双径路鼻内窥镜治疗的疗效，经４～３６个月随访全部治愈。鼻内窥镜手术可达到根治和微创的临床效果。
Objective: To evaluate the curative effect by functional endoscopic sinus surger y(FESS) in 27 patients with mycosis of sinusitis. Method: Twenty-seven patients with mycosis sinusitis were treated by FESS. Result:All 27 cases were cure with follow-up of 4～36 months. Conclusion: FESS technique really achieved the goal of radical cure and mini-invasion.
