摘要 本文主要介绍酶类在胆脂瘤型中耳炎骨质破坏机制中不同阶段的作用。碳酸酐酶是脱矿物质阶段产生H+离子的主要酶类,使胆脂瘤组织处于酸生环境。胶原酶是基质降解阶段有机基质分解的主要酶类,还有溶酶体酶、钙蛋白酶、基质金属蛋白酶和纤溶酶等多种酶类参与,这些酶类共同作用使胆脂瘤周围骨质破坏。 The exact mechanisms of bone destruction in cholesteatoma have been elusive. Rec ently,much light has been shed on the role of enzymes in the pathogenesis of cholesteatoma. Enzymes seem to play an important role in bone resorption associated with cholesteatoma. A group of enzymes could be involved in bone demineralization and matrix degradation,these enzymes included carbonic anhydrase,collagenase,lysosomal enzyme,calpain Ⅰand calpain Ⅱ,matrix-metalloproteinases and plasmin. In this paper,the references of some enzymes that could be related to the bone destruction in chronic otitis media with cholesteatoma were reviewed.
