苯那普利对高血压病患者的降压作用及对左室肥厚的影响

Effect of Benazepril in Antihypertension and Left Ventricular Hypertrohy

目的 探讨苯那普利抗高血压病 ( EH)的疗效及其对左室肥厚 ( LVH)的影响。方法 动态观察 34例 或 期 EH伴 LVH的患者服用苯那普利 6个月前后血压和 LVH的变化。结果 治疗后收缩压、舒张压均显著下降 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,总有效率达 94.1 % ;左室内径 ( LVDd)、舒张期室间隔厚度 ( IVST)、左室后壁厚度 ( PWT)缩小 ,左室重量 ( LVM)和左室重量指数 ( LVMI)降低 ( P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1 )。结论 苯那普利不仅有较好的降压效果 ,并可同时逆转 LVH。
