Treatment for Intracranial Infection after Clean Craniocerebral Operation

目的 探讨清洁开颅手术后颅内感染的治疗方法 ,以提高疗效。方法 清洁开颅手术后颅内感染 2 6例 ,分别进行抗感染、腰穿持续引流、鞘内注射、脑室冲洗及引流 ,理疗等治疗措施。结果 2 6例患者中痊愈出院 2 5例 ,1例并发上消化道出血死亡。结论 对于开颅手术后发生的颅内感染 ,应根据情况进行综合治疗 。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the treatment for intracranial infection after clean craniocerebral operation. METHODS Twenty six patients with intracranial infection were treated by anti-infection, lumbar puncture and drainage, intrathecal or ventricular drainage, physical treatment, etc. RESULTS Twenty five of all the patients recovered but one died of alimentary tract bleeding. CONCLUSIONS To cure intracranial infection after clean craniocerebral operation, various treatment modes could be choosed according to different cases.
