摘要
对 1 9个加工黄瓜品种的 7个果实性状的遗传力、遗传变异系数和遗传相关进行了研究。结果表明 :可溶性总糖含量、果实长度和果肉厚度的遗传力较高 ,对其进行早世代单株选择有较好的效果 ;遗传变异系数以可溶性总糖含量和果实鲜重较高 ,选择潜力较大。性状间遗传相关的研究结果表明 :通过对果实长度的选择 ,可实现对果实鲜重、果实干重性状的间接选择 ,而对总蛋白质含量的选择可通过对果肉厚度的间接选择而实现。
Heritability, genetic variation coefficient and genetic correlation of 7 fruit characters of 19 varieties of pickling cucumber were studied. The results showed that heritabilities of the total soluble sugar, fruit length and fruit thickness were high, and those can be selected effectively by the method of selecting single plant at earlier generations. The variable coefficients of the total soluble sugar, fruit length and fruit fresh weight were high. It means that selecting potentiality on those characters is high. Based on the genetic correlation between characters, fruit fresh weight and fruit dry weight can be selected by selecting fruit length indirectly, total protein can also be done indirectly by selecting fruit thickness.
