摘要
选择 40周龄罗曼蛋鸡 43 2只 ,随机分成 4组 ,每组 3个重复 ,分别饲喂含甜菜碱 0、40 0、80 0、1 2 0 0 mg/ kg的 4种饲粮 ,研究甜菜碱对蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响。结果表明 :添加甜菜碱对蛋重有极显著影响 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,对料蛋比、哈氏单位有显著影响 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,对产蛋率、蛋型指数、蛋壳强度影响不显著 (P>0 .0 5 )。
Lohman laying hens of about 40 weeks of age were randomly distributed into 4 groups with 3 replicates of 36 layers. The layers were fed on 4 kinds of diets which have added betaine with 0, 400, 800, 1 200 mg/kg respectively. 4 weeks of feeding trial was conducted to research the effect of betaine on laying performances and egg quality of laying hens. Results showed that egg weight, feed egg ratio and Haugh unit were affected by betaine significantly ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). But there was no difference in laying rate, egg shape index and egg shell intensity among different groups.
