In this paper the accuracy of heavy ions irradiation facility in HIRFL is investigated . The results show that the accuracy of experimental dose relates to the rate of dose. In experiments, the rate of dose to a dose for accuracy is selected . When accuracy of dose is requested revise to measure dose should be performed.
