摘要
广东省核电站核事故场外后果预测评价系统 (GNARD2 .0 )是一个核电站事故场外辅助决策计算机软件系统 ,该系统具有在线和实时评价和预测事故后果的能力 ,能够计算风场、放射性物质浓度和剂量 ,进而给出超过干预水平的区域及区域内的人口、应急设施等信息 ,并能对应急防护行动实施进程进行模拟和计算 ,得出可防止剂量以评价行动的有效程度。本文简要介绍了该系统的软硬件组成和后果评价模式 ,总结了系统开发经验 。
The prediction and assessment system of off-sit e accidental consequence for Guangdong Nuclear Power Plant (GNARD2.0) is an off-s ite decision support software system used in the events of any futute nuclear ac cidents. This system has the capability of on-line and real time assessing and predicting accidental consequence. It can calculate wind field, concentrations of radioactive materials and doses. The regions where doses would be above inter vention levels and the information of the population and the emergency facilitie s in these regions will be given. In order to assess the effectiveness of emerge ncy protection actions, it can also provide the verted doses after simulating th e process of these actions. In this paper, the composition of the software and h ardware and the consequence assessment model are briefly introduced, the experie nce of developing this system is summarized and the future trend of this system is discussed.
