摘要
研究采用高压热蒸汽闪爆技术 ,对软木纤维进行物理改性 ,通过对闪爆前后纤维素表征分析 ,结果发现 ,高压闪爆再生的纤维素形态、聚合度、在稀碱中的溶解度有极大改变 ,因原纤形态的差异 ,几种纤维素的闪爆改性的难易程度为 :麻、棉、硬木、软木 ,经过一定压力及温度闪爆可得到在 Na OH碱水溶液中完全溶解的软木纤维 。
Soft wood celluloses were treaded by high pressure and temperature steam explosion. Morphology, solubility towards aqueous alkali solution, degree of polymerization of original and regenerated celluloses were analyzed. Results indicate that sensitivity of celluloses on steam explosion decreases in the following order:soft wood>hard wood>cotton fiber>hemp fiber. On certain conditions though which the steam explosion makes natural softwood completely soluble in aqueous alkali solution. The results make possible that novel fiber spun can be gained from aqueous alkali solution of soft wood cellulose by wet spinning method in the regenerated cellulose fiber industry.
