介绍用于超灵敏小型回旋加速器质谱计旋转式垂直型多样品装置自动控制系统原理及应用,该系统亦可用于其他多样品自动装置。

The autocontrol system of the vertical rotatable multi-sample device in SMCAMS(Shanghai Minicyclotron AMS) will be described in this paper. The control framework is given and the control logic and flow upon it are introduced in detail. The testing result of the whole system is also presented. The muti-sample device together with this aotocontrol system has been put into the routine measurements on SMCAMS since last October.
