摘要
样品制备是加速器测量不可缺少的一部分。不同类型的样品经过化学前处理后,其中的有机碳在密闭的真空系统里被Cu0氧化为CO2。以Fe作催化剂、Zn作还原剂,CO2最后转化为石墨碳。整个制备流程在真空系统内完成,操作方便,流程短,污染减少。
The sample preparation is a process required in AMS 14C dating. It is very important to choose appropriate chemical pretreatment for different sample. The carbon dioxide gases are produced by combusting pretreated organic samples with CuO in a sealed quartz tube. Graphite targets are prepared via the reduction of carbon dioxide over a Fe catalyst and a Zn reducer. The sample preparation have succeeded in a vacuum system mainly in order to reduce the amount of comtamination, work and time.
