摘要
国内、外对泪道功能的测定方法及其试剂研究甚多,但对泪道功能检查在临床上的应用价值,特别是在早期诊断、早期预防性治疗上研究甚少。作者根据Jones(1966)的鼻腔收集染料法及Norn’s(1965)苦味试验的原理,采用2%红汞+氯霉素混和液测定泪液自然导流功能,并对其结果进行综合分析,以探讨其临床应用及预防治疗的价值,提出了临床前期这一概念。
We adopted compositely the bltter test and method of collecting dyefrom nasal cavity to exame the function of lacrimal drainage system.With analysing complexly,the results show:the prolongation of lacrimaldrainage time from puncture to nasal cavity was closely related with sexand age.This special relationship is very samillar to that of chronic da-cryocyctitis.Therefore,we think the prolongation of lacrimal drainagetime is the prelude of the chronic dacryocyctitis and call this stage as“preclinical Term”because it is asymptomatic.We also have studied theway of preventive treatment at this stage.
