摘要
由于人工晶体的材料、制作工艺及手术器械的不断改进,近年来,白内障囊外摘出人工晶体植入术在国内逐渐走向普及。特别是后房型人工晶体植入术安全、并发症少、视力恢复满意,符合眼的生理功能,更为眼科临床工作者所重视。为了观察后房型人工晶体植入术的效果,现将我院从1987年2月至1989年3月植入的后房型人工晶体57例62眼的随访结果报告如下。临床资料一般资料:本组共52例62眼。
57 cases(62 eyes)of extracapsular cataract extraction with posteriorchamber intraocular lens implantation were performed from Februar(?)1987 to March 1989.37 eyes were followed up 2 to 19 months.23 eyes(62.16%)achieved corrected visual acuity 1.0 or better and 34(91.89%)achieved a corrected visual acuity 0.5 or better.Postoperative intraocularpressure followed up 28 eyes changed within normal value range.Therewas no statistical significance(P>0.05).Postoperative corneal curvaturefindings followed up 28 eyes showed that vertical curvature tended toincrease(account for 78.57%)while horizontal curvature tended to decrease(account for 92.86%).Postoperative complication of this group patientwere few.Complications included opacification of the posterior capsule(11.29%),a peripheral filariform anterior synechia(4.84%)and dislocationof IOL(3.23%)and hyphema(4.84%)A part of cause and management of po-stoperative complication have been discussed.In conclusion,extracapsularcataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantaionis a safe and effective modality for the restoration of good vision to ca-taract patients.
