滇丹参、甘西鼠尾、褐毛甘西鼠尾对离体豚鼠心脏的影响

Effects of S. Yunnanensis C.H.Wright, S. Przewalskii and S. Przewalskii Maxim Var Maxim Mandarinorum Stib on Isolated Langendorff Perfusion Guinea Pig Heart

采用Langendorff离体豚鼠心脏灌流法 ,观察滇产 3种唇形科鼠尾属药物扩张冠脉作用并与标准丹参进行比较 .结果发现 :4种药物在高剂量可明显增加正常离体豚鼠心脏的冠脉流量、降低心肌收缩力、减慢心率 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,甘西鼠尾低剂量即能增加冠脉流量 (P <0 0 5 ) ,4种药物高、低剂量均能够对抗垂体后叶素致冠脉流量的减少和心肌收缩力的减弱 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) .结果表明 ,滇产 3种丹参均能够增加正常离体豚鼠冠脉流量 。

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of S.Yunnanensis C.H.Wright, S.Przewalskii Maxim and S.Przewalski Maxim var mandarinorum Stib on coronary flow, myocardial contractility and heart rate in isolated langendorff perfusion guinea pig heart. The results are as follows: the three drugs, at dose of 1 5, 3 0?mg/mL markedly increased coronary flow in normal isolated perfusion guinea pig heart, decreased myocardial contractility and heart rate(P<0 05, P<0 01), and Przewalskii Maxim was more efficient than Slavia mitiorrhiza Bunge in small dose(P<0 05). In the treated groups, coronary flow markedly increased in normal isolated perfusion guinea pig heart and significantly antagonized the reduction of myocardial contractility and coronary flow resulting from Posteriro Pituitary in a dose-dependent manner(P<0 05, P<0 01) , and the 4 drugs showed similar efficiency.
