宫颈鳞癌组织中肺癌耐药蛋白的表达与化疗的关系

Expression of Lung Cancer Resistance Protein in Cervical Carcinomas and Its Relation with Chemotherapy

探讨肺癌耐药蛋白 (LRP)在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及临床意义 .应用免疫组化S -P法检测了 4 4例宫颈鳞癌、 10例宫颈上皮非典型增生及正常宫颈中LRP的表达情况 .结果 :(1)在无明显化疗反应的宫颈癌 ,化疗前LRP阳性率高 ,为 93 3% (14 /15 ) ,相反 ,有明显化疗反应的宫颈癌 ,化疗前LRP表达率低 ,为 4 6 2 % (6 /13) ,P <0 0 1. (2 )LRP在宫颈鳞癌的阳性表达率明显高于宫颈非典型增生及正常宫颈上皮 ,P <0 0 1. (3)宫颈鳞癌中的LRP表达率在化疗前后差异无显著性 ,LRP的表达与宫颈鳞癌的临床分期及病理分级无相关性 .结论 :化疗前检测宫颈鳞癌组织中LRP的表达对化疗药的选择有参考价值 .

To approach LRP expression and its clinical significance in cervical squamous cell carcinomas. 44 cervical squamous cell carcinomas, 10 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and normal cevix were examined with s-p immunohistochemistry. Results: (1) Poor response to chemotherapy of cervical carcinomas had high expression rates of LRP(93 3%). On the contrary, evident response to chemotherapy had low expression rates of LRP(46 2%, P<0 01) . (2) The expression of LRP in cervical squamous cell carcinomas was higher than that in normal cervical epithelial cells and CIN(P<0 01). (3) The expression rates of LRP in cervical carcinomas had not significant changes before and after chemotherapy. No significant association was found among LRP expression, clinical stages and differentiated degree of cervical carcinomas. Conclusion: to detect LRP before chemotherapy is helpful for chemotherapy of cervical carcinomas. LRP expression in cervical carcinomas is related to drug resistance of DDP.
